To form our Maharashtra State Motor Driving School Owners Association, many driving school owners had given their contribution. Among all those Dnyaneshwar Waghule & Devram Bande are main names. Dnyaneshwar Waghule was always thinking about betterment of Driving Schools. He Decided to unite all driving schools in Maharashtra State. Mr. Vikas Kale of Bhagirthi Driving School (Jalana) give him support, he provided basic information of all driving school which are on the board of Social Welfare Department, Maharashtra Govt. He provides driving training for Adivasi Vikas Yojana.
Mr. Waghule has talk with every Driving School owner in Maharashtra & Convince them to unite. Dnyaneshwar Waghule had arrange big seminar in Pune with the help of Raju Ghatole, Dada Kumbhar, Raajendra Sinh Gour . Dnyaneshwar Waghule got huge response. About 1200 driving school owners were present. Mr. Devram Bande taken the responsibility to set up Association. He
had given trust to all schools in Maharashtra.
Devram Bande Sir had used his communication skill to gather maximum driving schools in Maharashtra on one platform, now known as Maharashtra State Motor Driving School Owners Association. He has selected the diamonds among the driving school Owners to Frame of executive body. Devram Bande sir, is Nothing but Birbal of the Assocation.

Mission & Vision
1. To invite all Motor Training School & there Owner’s Or Partners.
2. To Upgrade Standard to driving school & there instructor’s & Facilities.
3. To bring about similarity in the business of members of the Associations.
4. To encourage the member to reach similarity.
5. To encourage the members to charge uniform fees.
6. To bring development in the business of motor training school.
7. To make welfare for the motor training School.
8. To provide least, object & material useful for teaching to the driving like, cut section, simulator.
9. To provide common printing & stationery like, Signal Chart, learning licenses questionary, books on driving.
10. To arrange training camps for awareness of driving safety for the members & general public.
11. To get Driving training contracts from central government, Municipal Corporations, local bodies under their various schemes & get it fulfilled from any one or more member of the Association.
12. To form & run a co-operative credit society of the member by obtaining necessary permission of respective authorities of Government.
13. To provide spare part to require for the driving school vehicles like Tyre.

Hon’ble V.P. Raja, Transport Commissioner had introduced serious changes in Bombay Motor Vehicle Rules, specially in Rule 20. Rule 20 had described terms & condition of driving school. To oppose harsh condition like Separate rooms for reception, theory class, waiting; to keep chassis of each class of vehicle etc. Sadashiv Seth Cherodian (Nobal MTS, Matunga, Mumbai) J.V Upadhya (Guide MTS, Sion, Mumbai) Ismile Kapadia (Goodluck MTS, J.J Hospital Mumbai), Abdul Gani Sattar (Gazama MTS, Dadar, Mumbai) & Mohd Ibrahim Chohan (Chohan MTS, Andheri, Mumbai) had united under banner of All India Motor Training School Association, Dnyaneshwar waghule was part of association. Latter on Bharat Sarkar had published draft rule of Motor Vehicles Act 1988 to replace M.V. Act 1939 & introduced Centre Motor Vehicles Rules 1989, 1 st time in India. To remove harsh & unjustified sections/ rules All India Motor Training School Association had get help of Mr. Gurudas Kamat (MP). With help of Mr. Sunil Datt (MP) association had successful to accept and bring into Law “ the Affidavit” as a proof of Address & Age
